Karl W Schmidt & Associates announced the completion of the manufacturing, installation and start of equipment at a new MRF in McAllen, Tex.
The facility has one fiber sort line, as well as a commingled container line. Each line has a large tipping floor and uses fit in-feed conveyors to bring material to the elevated picking stations. Both sort lines have drop-through chutes to the push through bunkers to store separated materials.
