Kimberly-Clark announced plans to invest $25 million in the expansion of its diapers plant in the Czech Republic as part of a drive to raise its presence in the region.
Central and Eastern Europe Director Philip Rundle said in a statement the company aimed to boost annual revenues in the region to $150-$200 million from the current $70 million.
The $25 million expansion will double the Jaromer plant's output, the company said, but it declined to give specific production figures.
