Kimberly-Clark Corp. announced that Marc J.
Shapiro, vice chairman of JP Morgan Chase & Co., has been elected to its
board of directors. Shapiro is responsible for finance, risk management and
administration at JP Morgan Chase & Co. and is a member of the firm's
executive and management committees
