J.V. Manufacturing has opened its Dallas Service Center, a facility that will offer complete parts, service and equipment installation. Patti Whaley, formerly of Novus Systems Inc., will manage the new office. J.V Manufacturing also has plants in Springdale, Ark. and Sacramento, Calif.
