Resource Information Systems Inc. is holding its 15th Annual North American Forest Products Conference in Boston Oct. 18-20. The program is titled "Forest Products in an Era of Globalization: The Walls Come Tumbling Down?"

The South Carolina Recycling Market Development Advisory Council will hold its 5th Annual Southeast Recycling & Environmental Business Investment Forum Sept. 20 in Charlotte, N.C.

The goal of the forum is to offer expanding recycling companies the opportunity to present their business plans to private investors, venture capitalists, bankers, economic developers and recycling officials.
