Document Destruction and Recycling Services announced that
it is the first company in Iowa and only the eighth in the nation to be AAA
certified by the National Association of Information Destruction.
According to Chris Ockenfels, DDRS’ manager, “Achieving the
AAA Certification means we have met or exceeded the highest level of standards
set by our industry peers. We’re the eighth company in the nation and the first
in our service area to be certified, which means we’re operating to the
standards prior to their being published.”
The NAID is an international trade association for
information destruction. The group offers the voluntary annual operations
certification program.
DDRS, located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa., is a division of City Carton, Iowa.
