City Carton, one of the largest independent paper stock operations in the Midwest, named Les Etscheidt its new assistant plant manager for its Document Destruction and Recycling Services division, located in Cedar Rapids. He will assist in overseeing plant operations, marketing products and services and managing personnel.
In addition to Cedar Rapids, DDRS operates a document destruction facility in Quad Cities, Ill.
