Box USA has acquired the
assets of Container Packaging, Kansas City, Mo., from Pratt Industries..
Container Packaging, which
will change its name to Box USA, is a manufacturer of corrugated containers,
specializing in high-value packaging products.
Privately held Box USA is
the largest independent paper-based packaging company in the United States,
with 22 manufacturing facilities. The company produces containerboard,
corrugated containers, partitions and other interior packaging, and
point-of-purchase displays.
