<B>Badger Paper Mills Board Forms Executive Committee</B>

Badger Paper Mills, board of directors announced the formation of an Executive Committee of the bard to oversee and provide support to the day-to-day management of the company. The executive committee will be comprised of Harold Bergman, James Kemerling and William Raaths, all of whom have extensive paper industry experience.

Badger senior management will report directly to this committee.
