American Tissue Inc. announced record operating results for the first quarter. Revenues for the first quarter were $145.1 million, compared to $110.3 million for the first quarter of fiscal 2000, an increase of $34.8 million, or 31.6%. The increased revenues were due primarily to favorable operating conditions at all its mills and increased prices recognized in all product categories.
