The American Forest and Paper Association and Papercast will be holding a two-day program covering the growth in e-commerce for the pulp and paper industry. The program is slated to be held Feb. 5-6 in Las Vegas.
The program, called e-Commerce in the Paper Industry: Achieving Critical Mass, will look at many facets of the Internet and how it is changing the way business is conducted in the paper and forest products industry.
Along with AFPA and Papercast, the following associations are supporting the conference: Fibre Box Association, Graphic Communications Association, National Paper Trade Association, Paperboard Packaging Council, National Recycling Coalition Inc., and the Confederation of European Paper Industries.
There will be three sessions at the program. The first session is being titled “The Emerging Digital Landscape.” Session II – “Working Together to Realize the Potential,” and Session III – “The Case for Standards.”
