<B><I>Recycling Today</I> Introducing Latin American Supplement</B>

The Recycling Today Media is introducing its first Latin American Supplement. The bilingual supplement will be included in the September issue of Recycling Today Magazine. It will reach recyclers in the United States, Mexico and other Latin American destinations.

In addition to being included in the September issue of the magazine the supplement will be distributed at a number of trade shows throughout this year and next year. Shows where the supplement will be distributed include the Mexican National Recycling Institute annual conference, the National Recycling Coalition's Annual Congress, SWANA's annual meeting, the Paper Stock Institute's Fall Meeting, the Canadian Solid Waste Expo, and the Automotive Recyclers Association's Annual Meeting.

Contributing writers for the supplement include:

Carolos Rovelo, Balcones Recycling, with an overview on trade relations between English-speaking North American and Latin America;

The staff of Inare Informa magazine, the official publication of the Instituto Nacional de Recicladores de Mexico, with an interview with Victor Benitez Vazquez, president of INARE and CEO of Exdime, one of Mexico City's largest scrap recyclers; and

Michael Rietz, Weyerhaeuser Recycling Marketing Manager/Mexico Sales, with his view on quality standards at Mexican paper mills.
