Made in the USA
Developed by JWR Inc. and Sebright Products Inc., the BaleWulf line of balers was built to solve today's recyclers problems.
Industry-leading standard warranty on all models are 2 years or 4,000 hours on parts and labor/ 5 years or 10,000 hours on chassis.
Standard 2 years or 4,000 hours of free planned maintenance.
Weighing in at 25,000 pounds with a vertical ejection door and utilizing a solid sheet of AR400 for a chassis floor.
“Since the purchase of the BaleWulf baler in 2018, we have been able to expand the products we are able to bale, which has increased our business.” - Steve Dornbush, owner of Riverside Recycling.
Through the door
The vertical ejection door is constructed out of 1 ½ inch steel plate and interlocks with the chassis floor.
Through the door wire feed
Baling wires are fed through the eject door, eliminating the need for the operator to climb on the baler to feed wires.
The Lexan back panels with work light allow for visual inspection and come standard on all BaleWulf models.
The progressive shear is made of T1 tool steel rather than the typical cold rolled steel.
T1 tool steel is a work hardening material, which means tough commodities can be sheared with ease.
Sensor mounted above shear
The quality of the shear allows for the lower eye to be mounted above the shear point for more material per push.
Able to bale tough commodities like Roll Cores, the BaleWulf is not your typical closed-door baler.
The integrated piercer safely clears the wire channels in the ram top of any debris without having to climb on the baler.
Compressed air clean-out
A compressed air clean-out system clears any debris that may have fallen into the wire trays.
BaleWulf closed-door models run on twin 7-inch cylinders, 2,500 PSI with a 30 HP motor. A 50 HP upgrade is available.
