More changes in North American containerboard production

By the end of this year's first quarter, Packaging Corp. of America plans to shut down its No. 2 paper machine and kraft pulping facilities at its mill in Wallula, Washington, and continue to operate its No. 3 paper machine and recycled pulping facilities.
