Tricor Pacific Capital acquires Southern California recycler

Tricor Pacific Capital, a private equity firm with offices in Chicago and Vancouver, British Columbia, has acquired Certified Recycling, an Anaheim, California, recycling company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Certified Recycling, founded by John Dalton Sr. and Louise Dalton in 1977, provides comprehensive recycling and waste solutions services in Southern California.

Lincoln International acted as Certified’s exclusive financial advisor on the acquisition, and worked closely with Certified’s management team and shareholders throughout the sale process. Lincoln International specializes in merger and acquisition (M&A) advisory services, debt advisory services, private capital raising and restructuring advice on midmarket transactions.
