Company to host workshops Oct. 22-24 for free at its U.S. headquarters.
Steinert US, with U.S. headquarters in Walton, Ky., will be hosting free equipment certification workshops Oct. 22-24, 2013. The separation equipment supplier for the material recovery and recycling industries says the certification sessions will focus on four equipment areas: ISS (inductive sorting system), KSS (combination sorting), eddy currents and magnetic equipment.
The certification courses are designed for operators and topics to be discussed include maintenance, operation, material identification and air supply.
Steinert also will offer executive sessions about nonferrous metal recovery, which are intended for managers, traders and executives. These non-certification executive sessions focus on topics such as marketing metals, China’s Green Fence initiative, downstream process, sensor sorting and more.
All courses are being offered free of cost, although space is limited.
The company also is honoring its 10th anniversary with a celebration and charity event scheduled for Oct. 23. The company will hold a Texas Hold ‘Em tournament that costs $100 with all proceeds to benefit Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.
