Lyle Machinery, Richland, Miss., has been appointed as the newest addition to Stanley, N.C-based Sennebogen’s growing distributor network. According to a press release, Lyle Machinery will represent Sennebogen products from its Mississippi locations in Richland, Columbus, Gulfport, Hattiesburg and Magnolia. It will also be expanding with another location in southern Louisiana.

Previously known as the Great Southern Tractor Co., Lyle Machinery became a Komatsu distributor in 1987. The company began operations in 1996 as a separate entity, changing its name to Lyle Machinery in 2005 to more accurately reflect the growing diversity of its product lines.

“Our primary goal is to be recognized as a dealer that treats customers with respect while optimizing their return on equipment by providing prompt and outstanding service,” says Dan Lyle, executive vice president of Lyle Machinery.”A driving premise for all our employees is to ensure customer satisfaction.” He adds that Sennebogen, which is also a family-owned business, shares the same philosophy.

According to Constantino Lannes, president of Sennebogen, “We are very fortunate to add a distributor like Lyle Machinery to our team. Their strength and reputation in the marketplace as well as the fact that they are family owned and the family is ‘hands-on’ makes them the perfect complement to our organization.”

Lyle Machinery specializes in providing equipment solutions for customers involved with heavy construction, road construction, utility pipeline installations, wood mills, municipal markets and the timber industry.

“Having Sennebogen as part of our product line up will provide us with the opportunity to be a much stronger force in the logging, waste and scrap industries,” Lyle says.
