Weima America has announced plans to expand its Fort Mill, S.C., headquarters so that the company can stock more machinery.
Currently, Weima America’s headquarters houses two showrooms as well as the company’s parts and service department and administrative offices. According to the company, the expansion will allow it to meet the needs of the market by stocking more shredding and briquetting machinery and providing extra room for on-site customer trials.
Weima America will add a free-standing building, which will allow more equipment to be stored on site, reducing the length of time customers will have to wait for orders, the company says.
“Our customers are looking for immediate solutions to their size reduction problems,” says Madison Burt, Weima America vice president of sales. “We want to have the equipment available to meet those needs now.”
