Garb Oil & Power Corp., Salt Lake City, has introduced its new entry level, high output Pre Shredders - Rotary Shears, the Garb T1300 and the Garb T1600, which target the tire recycling industry.

The company says the new Pre Shredders - Rotary Shear is competitively priced and uses the company’s tooth shaft technology that is found in the company’s larger machines. The company says the equipment offers a large shaft diameter for the machine’s range, one of the highest torques to operate within its category, providing a high degree of safety with a specifically designed special width to length ratio of the shafts.

“These new machines will contribute to boost Garb's presence in the Pre Shredder - Rotary Shear entry level market, providing innovative and proven technology, to high throughput heavy duty processing,” says John Rossi, president of Garb. “The innovative tooth shaft technology applied and our new 10-year exchange shaft warranty, make these Pre Shredders very appealing to a new set of customers, looking for quality and increased output.”
