Conveying systems manufacturer Mayfran International, Cleveland, has appointed Frank Sraj to vice president of sales and marketing, effective immediately.

In his new role, Sraj will report directly to the company’s president and will be responsible for the pursuit of opportunities that meet and grow Mayfran’s revenue and profit goals.

Mayfran International says its goal is to expand its market share in the machine tool industry and to regain its position as a leading supplier to the solid waste and material handling industries. Sraj will play an instrumental role in meeting the company’s goals of serving more customers while enhancing the customer experience, according to Mayfran.

“I want Mayfran to be the company that is known for engineered solutions, with a focus on being nimble and easy to do business with,” Sraj says. “From the initial contact of quoting to manufacturing to delivery and installation, Mayfran intends to continue to be the company that our customers insist on for their conveying systems.”

Sraj joins Mayfran International with more than 30 years of leadership and management experience from companies within and outside of the chip and coolant management and material handling industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Cleveland State University and a MBA from Xavier University.
