Abington Reldan Metal Earns E-Stewards Designation

Company built Pennsylvania metals refinery in 2010.

Abington Reldan Metals LLC, based in Fairless Hills, Pa., has been certified as an e-Stewards recycler.
Howard Steinberg, managing member of Abington Reldan, says, “Abington Reldan Metals is thrilled to have achieved this distinction. Our mission is to protect and preserve the environment by reusing, recycling and refining precious metal scrap. We are committed to assuring that our operation makes a positive contribution by upholding the responsible recycling practices established by the e-Stewards Standards for Responsible Recycling & Reuse of Electronics.”
Abington Reldan Metals has been operating for more than 30 years. The company built a metals refinery in Fairless Hills in 2010. The refinery also earned LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Silver certification as designated by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
