Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations Inc., Onalaska, Wisconsin, has been named a “great workplace” by analysts at a Great Place to Work. The designation of being named a "great workplace" is based on ratings provided by employees in an anonymous survey, which revealed more than 80 percent of workers feel the company is a great place to work.
“Our team members are our greatest asset and we’re honored that they feel we’ve built an exceptional environment for the extraordinary work they do every day,” Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations president Curt Greeno says. “While our team has grown very rapidly in the past year, our focus on our six core values continues to foster a culture that makes Dynamic a truly great place to work.”
According to the survey, 91 percent of workers responded that they are proud to tell others they work at Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, feel good about how the company contributes to the community and can take time off work when necessary.
Majority of workers also said the company has a “great atmosphere,” “challenging work as well as rewards” and gave the company’s communication and bosses a high score in the survey.
“Receiving this award for a second year in a row during a period of rapid team member growth is a testament to the great people who work at Dynamic,” says Alicia Suessmith, Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations vice president of people operations. “Our team is proud of where they work and the culture they continue to build together, which is evident in our 92 percent response rate.”
