Messe Frankfurt announces Waste & Recycling Expo Mexico for March 2010.
Germany’s Messe Frankfurt will be organizing a new event called Waste & Recycling Expo Mexico (WREM), the International Trade Show for Waste Management, Collection and Recycling Technologies.
The show has been scheduled for March 10-12, 2010, at the CIEC World Trade Center in Mexico City. A news release from Messe Frankfurt indicates that the conference will be structured similarly to its annual Canadian Waste & Recycling Expo.
In its news release, Messe Frankfurt says it anticipates more than 150 exhibitors and 3,000 attendees to participate in the event. “We are confident that Waste & Recycling Expo Mexico will address the needs of the market in Mexico,” says Messe Frankfurt North America president David Audrain. “The premier event will focus on the new trends and technology in waste and recycling and attract a collection of serious buyers from private industry as well as federal, provincial and municipal governments.”
Vendors providing products and services for several aspects of the waste and recycling markets will be invited to participate, including: composting systems and components, construction and demolition waste and scrap, scrap metal recycling, incineration, gasification and thermal technologies, infrastructure redevelopment, public works, landfill operations, systems and materials recovery facility, transfer stations, storage, containers and recycling equipment, services, trucks and transportation equipment, waste treatment and disposal, and software and technology.
