Jury sides with Schnitzer Steel in dispute with insurer

A federal jury in Portland, Oregon, has determined that Continental Casualty Co. and its subsidiary should pay $8.6 million to cover costs incurred by Portland's Schnitzer Steel Industries to comply with regulators who oversee the Portland Harbor Superfund site, according to The Oregonian.
